Refund policy
At Fuzzi Toe Beans, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect and pack all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable at no additional cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
